This diet ended my symptoms of leaky-gut syndrome: arthritis, bursitis, colitis, dermatitis (eczema, rosacea), iritis, and tendonitis. It includes only low-sulphur foods such as most fruits; some vegetables; and most starchy roots, and gourds. It excludes all animal products (red meat, dairy, seafood, poultry, etc.), all "seeds" (beans, peas, nuts, grains, etc.), and other high-sulphur foods.
